Course description: This course of study is designed to provide fundamental experiences in drawing, painting, and design for children and teens. Evelyn Leavens will guide the learner through the world of watercolor, pastels, and pen and ink from A to Z and from monsters to still life. The class offers serious fun with the main goal being how to see and think creatively. Lessons are held at the artist’s home in Red Bank and are open to children from ten years old to early twentysomething.
