Show Winners Promotion Form

For promotional purposes, we need to maintain the following information about winners in every show sponsored by the Guild. This includes winners in juried shows and winners of the Peoples’ Choice awards. This information needs to be supplied within 5 days of the award being issued in order to prepare a press release before the show closes.

All the information on this sheet should be approved and finalized. When you click the Submit button below this information will be sent to the Publicity Committee chair.

Email a high-resolution JPEG of your award-winning work to showwinners@guildofcreativeart.org. This will be included in press releases and may be used in the Guild’s monthly Bulletin. By providing a photo, you are granting the Guild permission to use the photo for publicity purposes.
